I had been experiencing persistent lower back pain for about four months, and despite regular gym workouts and swimming, the pain wouldn’t subside. It was particularly bothersome when I was sleeping or standing in one position for extended periods. I visited Dr. Sue, who quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended specific exercises tailored to ameliorate the pain. After diligently following Dr. Sue’s prescribed exercises, my lower back pain gradually disappeared, and I was finally able to sleep comfortably again. Over the course of 4-5 visits in about 6-7 weeks, the pain was completely resolved. Dr. Sue also shared valuable tips on preventing future back pain, which have been incredibly helpful.
