I’ve been working on warehousing for over a year and I soon discovered how physically damaging it can be. I can honestly say that it would be just impossible to keep doing it without the amazing help of Dr. Sheldon Young; who’s always beyond exceptional when it comes to either stop (on one session) a symptom that might turn into an injury or to lead the way to a fast recovery from something that requires multiple sessions. Now I can work hard and sleep nice knowing that something has my back. Lol.

I came in with leg tightness. Dr. Jackson diagnosed me with tight glutes and tight hips. She met with me to treat the issue and taught me what stretches and exercises I could to daily from home to help alleviate this tightness. This is my third time with AIRROSTI (over the past decade or so) and they didn’t disappoint. I loved Dr. Jackson and am sad to no longer need her services. Thanks, Quianna!!!!

I am in shock! This was my first time working with Airrosti, and it was amazing! If you had told me a few weeks ago that I would be pain free in two days I would have laughed. I was in so much pain for a month I went to urgent care was given muscle relaxers and Motrin to relieve the pain and be able to play with my twins. I thought I had sciatic nerve pain with twins but it turned out to be a sprain. Within two days after treatment and easy-to-follow exercises at home, here I am without pain. I wasn’t even able to walk at a point. I am completely grateful and for sure come back if needed!

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
